Engel & Völkers Naples Bonita-Estero announced it’s 2018 National and Local Annual Awards honoring their top real estate advisors. The honoring ceremony took place at The Colony Bay Club on July, 13th 2019.

This year we recognize and salute the following award recipients for their extraordinary professionalism and outstanding performance:
National Awards Engel & Völkers Elite Club Americas 2018
President’s Circle – Ryan Chiodo
An elite group of real estate advisors that earned between $625,000 and $999,000 in closed GCI (Gross Commission Income), or a minimum of 48 closed sides, for the calendar year 2018.
Diamond Level – David Gruninger and Thomas Ostrander
Real estate advisors that earned between $250,000 and $624,999 in closed GCI, or a minimum of 36 closed sides, for the calendar year 2018.
Ruby Level - Mark Alterio, Mary Catherine Baylin, Patricia Gandolfo, and Phil Hoffland/Phil Metz
Real estate advisors that earned between $100,000 and $249,000 in closed GCI, or a minimum of 24 closed sides, for the calendar year 2018.
Onyx Level - Svendsen, Eileen Fitzpatrick, Daniel Humbert/Alberto Quiceno, and Krysta Sylvester
Real estate advisors that earned between $65,000 and $99,999 in closed GCI, or minimum of 12 closed sides, for the calendar year 2018.
Local Awards Engel & Völkers Naples Bonita Estero 2018
Top Producer Residential Award - David Gruninger.
David exemplifies the combination of working hard, working smart, and working cleverly. Because of his strong work ethic, classy style, lust for life, and desire for success, he has been able to use the Engel & Völkers brand to maximum advantage. From 2016 to date in current pending and active listings, David’s Average Transaction Value increased from $338,000 to over $1.1 Million. David graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing. His 2018 production was over $21 Million, and David has already reached $15 Million in 2019 so far. David is also a Diamond-Level Elite Club Advisor at Engel & Völkers Americas.
The Exclusivity Award -Thomas Ostrander
This award is given to the advisor who most embodies the exclusivity of the E&V brand. This means working with an exclusive clientele, exclusive properties, and above all, delivering exclusive client services with a first-class approach. Since 2014, Thomas Ostrander has been a member of Engel & Völkers most elite group of Advisors, Private Office. Out of over 12,000 real estate professionals worldwide, less than 100 are have been invited to join Private Office. Thomas has consistently maintained an Average Transaction Value of over $1 Million/year and has been recognized by WCI as one of The Colony Golf and Bay Club’s most successful real estate professionals.
Team of the Year Award - Phillip Hoffland/Phillip Metz
This award goes to a team that defines persistence and the concept of moving upmarket and maintaining that status. Consistent farming and networking with the area’s top industry professionals is key to their success. Last year, in their first full year of activity, they achieved over $6 Million in Sales. 2019 YTD, their Average Transaction Value was 16% over last year.
The Passion Award - Daniel Humbert/Alberto Quiceno
This award is based on merit and dedication to the brand’s values. The award winners exemplify E&V’s brand values through and through. One of the highlights of the year for Dan and Alberto was the sponsorship of the Bonita Bay women’s tennis championship. During the last three years, Dan & Alberto increased their Average Transaction Value by almost 30%.
The Competence Award - Patricia Gandolfo
This award is presented to an advisor who demonstrates a consistently high level of competence. Patricia’s specializes in transactions with international clients and speaks English, French, and Italian. During 2018, Patricia more than doubled her Average Transaction Value.
The Rising Star Award - Mary Catherine Baylin
This award is given to the Advisor who demonstrated hard work, use of E&V brand values and selling skills, which resulted in a significant increase in sales volume. In 2018, in her first full year as an active Real Estate Agent, Mary Catherine achieved almost $8 Million in sales.
The Top Producer Floor Time Award - Sally Svendsen
While working the floor, Sally met a client with whom she successfully closed a $2.4 Million transaction. Sally has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Advisor since May 2010 and joined Engel & Völkers Naples Bonita-Estero in 2017.
